Raynell Kimbrough, a 31-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on April 4, 2016, in his home in Kenner, Louisiana. Kimbrough and his partner, Dawn Scott, a 28-year-old African American female, were discovered shot to death in their bed. The couple's three children were present in the home at the time of the incident, including an infant who was in the bed with them. Fortunately, the children were unharmed.
