Constance Elena "Phat" Streho, a 23-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on April 2, 2012, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Constance was in a Lincoln Town car when she was shot multiple times in the 3100 block of Lausat Place. The incident occurred just after 11 a.m., and her life was cut short in a violent manner.
