On the evening of April 24, 2013, a trip to a Walmart in Port Allen, Louisiana, turned fatal for 36-year-old Leon Banks. Banks, a male resident of Plaquemine, had driven his white BMW into the store's parking lot accompanied by two other individuals for what was later described as a drug deal.
