Elbert Bertran Marshall, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 1, 2014, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Elbert, affectionately known as "B.T.," was a resident of Baton Rouge and passed away at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center.
