Andrae Curtis "Duece" Noel, a 31-year-old African American male, passed away on May 20, 2014. Born on August 6, 1982, in New Orleans, LA, to Joyce M. Noel and Mitchell Johnson, Andrae was a loving father and son. He was known for his talents as a rapper and his appearances in a few movies. Andrae was a father to Andrea Noel and Bre'nell Franklin. He was preceded in death by his brother, John W. Noel III, and several other family members.
