Adeleen Shea Forbis, a 4-year-old girl from West Monroe, Louisiana, tragically died on May 31, 2014. The incident occurred at the Camellia Trace Apartments on Arkansas Road, where Adeleen was found dead alongside her 3-year-old sister, Laila Forbis, and their mother, Katelin Dulaney.
