Clara Brendonna Kieotta Hardwell, a 33-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on September 23, 2021, in West Monroe, Louisiana. Clara was born on May 13, 1988, in Monroe, Louisiana, and was a graduate of West Monroe High School. She pursued higher education at the University of Louisiana at Monroe and later became a licensed cosmetologist.
