David Scott, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 26, 2014, in Hahnville, Louisiana. He was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a resident of Houston, Texas. David was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Houston and a former member of Israelite Baptist Church in New Orleans.
