Wesley Keith Nelson, a 53-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on July 31, 2015, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was found lying in the middle of the street in the 7800 block of Venice Boulevard, having succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds at the scene. The incident was later determined to be a homicide.
