On a tragic Tuesday morning in Monroe, Louisiana, the lives of two people were cut short in a violent act that left the community in shock. Among the victims was Catrina Wallace, a 35-year-old female employee of Coach's Bail Bonds. On September 29, 2015, she and her employer, Ivan Webb, were discovered shot to death inside the main room of the bail bonds office on Arizona Street.
