Death by Force

Catrina Wallace, a 35-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on September 29, 2015, in Monroe, Louisiana. She was found shot dead at Coach's Bail Bonds on Arizona Street, where she worked as an employee. The incident also claimed the life of Ivan Webb, the owner of the business. The Monroe police identified both victims and began questioning a person of interest, although no arrests were made at the time.
