Deborah Collins, a 60-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on May 14, 2017, in Monroe, Louisiana. She was one of the three victims in a drive-by shooting that occurred on Mother's Day weekend. Deborah was inside her home at 1400 South Third Street when a bullet passed through the wall and struck her, leading to her untimely death.
