Kevin Thomas, a 15-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 19, 2015, in Westwego, Louisiana. Kevin was a student at L.W. Higgins High School and was known to be a resident of Westwego at the time of his passing. The incident occurred around 12:20 a.m. at the Tanglewood apartment complex located in the 1000 block of Sycamore Drive.
