Vernon Lewis, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 28, 2015, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred at the Hidden Lake Apartments in the 7000 block of Martin Drive. Vernon Lewis and another victim, Daniel Millon, also 24, were found shot to death at the scene.
