Joseph Washington, a 32-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on January 1, 2016, in New Orleans, LA. His death was the result of a devastating house fire that claimed the lives of his three children: 8-year-old Joseph Washington Jr., 5-year-old Jayla Washington, and 3-year-old Avery Washington.
