In the quiet town of Sunset, Louisiana, the life of 18-year-old Austin Joseph Briscoe was tragically cut short on the evening of Saturday, January 23, 2016. The young man was found deceased in the back seat of a car, the victim of a gunshot wound that would later be ruled a homicide.
