Marcus Jamel Elzie, a 29-year-old male, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2016, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Marcus was shot while riding in a car near the intersection of West Canal Boulevard and Sunnybrook Street. The incident left the community in shock and mourning.
