Haley Moore, a 5-year-old girl from LaPlace, Louisiana, tragically passed away on May 21, 2016. Haley, who was of Caucasian ethnicity, accidentally shot herself with an unsecured handgun she found in her father's home. The incident occurred while her father, Eric Moore, a disabled military veteran, was in the shower.
