Mary Jean McBroome, a 60-year-old woman from Oil City, Louisiana, was found deceased in her vehicle on June 16, 2016. Her body was discovered on an oilfield road off Keithville-Keatchie Road in south Caddo Parish. Workers in the area noticed the vehicle around noon, but it wasn't until later in the day that they realized McBroome was inside. Her family had reported her missing to the Shreveport Police earlier that day. The Caddo Sheriff's Office is investigating her death as suspicious.
