Latonya Robinson Moore, a 34-year-old African American woman from New Roads, Louisiana, tragically lost her life on February 6, 2017. The circumstances surrounding her death were deeply distressing, as it was the result of a murder-suicide incident. On that fateful day, a domestic dispute erupted between Latonya and her partner, Isac Maloid, at their residence on St. Mary Street.
