Javon Janerro "Tokyo" Johnigan, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2016, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was a devoted father and son, leaving behind three children: Jamai, Jamya, and Jada Johnigan. Javon was the son of the late Benjamin L.
