Javon 'Tokyo' Johnigan, a 25-year-old male, was fatally shot on the evening of Saturday, September 3, 2016, in the B.W. Cooper neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office later publicly identified him as one of three individuals killed in separate incidents over the Labor Day weekend.
