Kharen Chapman, a 30-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 21, 2016, in New Orleans, LA. The incident occurred around midnight when the New Orleans Police Department responded to multiple shots fired. They found Kharen Chapman in the middle of the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
