Frank A. Bedell III, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2020, in New Orleans, LA. The incident occurred during a quadruple shooting in the Gentilly neighborhood. The New Orleans Police Department responded to the scene on Rayne Drive, where they found multiple victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
