On a Thursday evening in New Orleans, September 10, 2020, the life of 17-year-old Frank A. Bedell III was tragically cut short by gun violence. Frank, along with two other young men, Haushon Kareem Miller Jr., 19, and Khalil Ausbia Allen, 19, were fatally shot outside a home in the Gentilly neighborhood. The group had gathered at the residence, where one of the occupants had a music studio, to record music.
