In the late hours of a September evening in Shreveport, Louisiana, the life of 20-year-old Chancell Bradford was tragically cut short. On September 15, 2017, Bradford, a young male, was fatally wounded by gunfire in what has been referred to as the 'Anderson Island shooting.' The incident left a void in the lives of those who knew him.
