Chancell Bradford, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on the night of September 15, 2017, in the Anderson Island neighborhood of Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred just before 10 p.m. outside a residence in the 1100 block of East Washington Street.
