Death by Force

Madrona Brown, a 49-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed on September 29, 2017, in Lafayette, Louisiana. She and her husband, Larry Brown, were shot in the parking lot of an IHOP restaurant on NE Evangeline Thruway. The couple had just finished dining when they were gunned down. The incident left the community in shock and mourning.
