Jerry Dean Ramsey, a 53-year-old male from Farmerville, Louisiana, passed away on February 15, 2018. He was a lifelong resident of Union Parish and was fondly known as "Red" or "Earl" in his community. Jerry enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
