Troy Wilson Jr., a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 18, 2018, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:10 a.m., on North Broad Street. According to reports, a large brawl broke out, leading to gunfire.
