Joshawn Palmore, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 13, 2021, in New Orleans, LA. The incident occurred in the Gert Town neighborhood, where he was found with multiple gunshot wounds at the intersection of Earhart Boulevard and Washington Avenue.
