Larry Anthony Davis Sr., a 50-year-old African American man, was tragically shot to death outside of Mr. J's Lounge on Bennett Road in Amite, Louisiana, just before midnight on December 23, 2018. Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office deputies responded to reports of a shooting and found Davis suffering from multiple gunshot wounds outside the bar. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
