A 28-year-old man, Rashad Marshall, tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting on a Friday in Westwego, Louisiana. The incident, which cut short the life of the young man, occurred on January 18, 2019. In the wake of the violence that claimed Marshall's life, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office launched an investigation.
