Irvin Richardson Jr., a 31-year-old African American male, was found shot to death inside a truck on February 16, 2019, in New Orleans, LA. The incident occurred around 7:04 a.m. in the 600 block of Austerlitz Street. Initially classified as an unclassified death, the case was later reclassified as a homicide after further investigation.
