Larry Hill, a 56-year-old man from Chalmette, Louisiana, was tragically killed on May 4, 2019. Hill, who was well-known and well-liked in the French Quarter, was shot through the window of his home. The incident occurred in the 3600 block of Shangri-La Drive in Chalmette.
