In the summer of 2019, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Monroe, Louisiana. Joseph Conrad Morris, a 22-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot in the head on July 10, 2019. Known for his love of sports and animals, with aspirations of becoming a herpetologist, Morris’s death came at the hands of a longtime friend.
