Alton Sutter, a 76-year-old resident of Monroe, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2015. He was a resident of the Frances Tower in Monroe, where he was well-known and respected by his neighbors. Sutter was born on January 31, 1938, in Jayton, Texas, and moved to Monroe later in life.
