Josef Delon Richardson, a 38-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on July 25, 2019, in Port Allen, Louisiana. The incident occurred at a motel room where Richardson was staying. According to reports, the West Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office deputies were executing a no-knock warrant when the shooting took place.
