Kerell Tyrez Sanders, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2019, in Reserve, Louisiana. He was found dead alongside his cousin, Kyron Perrilloux, a 20-year-old African American male, inside a vehicle that had crashed into a ditch at West Airline Highway and East 22nd Street.
