Elroy Raymond, a 22-year-old male from Gretna, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on November 2, 2019. Elroy was a resident of Harvey, LA, and a beloved son and brother. His death occurred under violent circumstances, as he was shot at the 24/7 Lounge on the Westbank Expressway. Elroy was rushed to University Medical Center but was pronounced dead upon arrival. The incident also left another individual injured, who was later treated at West Jefferson Hospital and listed in stable condition.
