Charlie Dwayne Harris Jr., a 51-year-old African American male, passed away on May 31, 2020, in New Orleans, Louisiana. A native and resident of the Algiers neighborhood, Harris was a graduate of L. B. Landry High School. He continued his education by attending Jackson State University and Southern University in both Baton Rouge and New Orleans.
