Kevin Thomas Jr., a 34-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 3, 2020, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was shot in front of a Dollar General store located in the 2800 block of South Claiborne Avenue in Central City. The incident occurred in broad daylight, adding to the shock and sorrow felt by the community. Kevin's death was a result of a violent altercation, and he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
