In the late hours of Halloween night in 2020, a grim discovery was made on Cortez Street in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire shortly before 11:45 p.m. and found a vehicle that had crashed into a ditch. Inside, they found 30-year-old Jardney Dior Bell of Thibodaux, a male, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency services transported him to a hospital for medical treatment.
