Arnold Joseph Savoy, a 56-year-old African American man from New Orleans, Louisiana, tragically passed away on December 24, 2020. Arnold was born on October 22, 1964, and grew up in Avondale, Louisiana. He graduated from John Ehret High School and earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Holy Cross College.
