Carlos Daniels, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 3:40 p.m. on Fulton Street, where Carlos was shot multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene. The Shreveport Police Department launched an investigation into the shooting, which was later identified as a drive-by shooting.
