Derrick Branch, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 23, 2021, in the 3100 block of Press Street in the Desire area of New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident was reported to local authorities, and an investigation was launched to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.
