Howard Glenn Hollins Jr., a 34-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life to gun violence on September 17, 2021, in New Roads, Louisiana. Hollins was caught in the crossfire of a shooting incident that also claimed the life of another family member and injured a third.
