April Edmisson Bardwell, a 24-year-old woman from Monroe, Louisiana, tragically lost her life on October 29, 2021. She was found deceased at her home, alongside her eight-month-old daughter, Riley Bardwell. The incident occurred at their residence on Old Sterlington Road in Monroe. Upon arrival, deputies discovered both victims lying in a large pool of blood with apparent gunshot wounds.
