James Ray Ross Jr., a 63-year-old African American male, passed away on December 8, 2021, at his residence in St. James, Louisiana. Born on June 27, 1958, he was a certified welder and a resident of St. James. He is survived by his son, James Ross III; seven brothers: Harold, Vernon, Richard, and Reginald Ross, Bruce Wayne Billy, Eldrige, and Kendrick Jupiter; and four sisters: Darline and Susan Ross, Pam, and Paula Billy. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Sr. and Regina Ross.
