On the summer evening of August 22, 2008, the life of 41-year-old Courtney Wilson, an African-American man, was tragically cut short in Boston, Massachusetts. He was found shot at 140 Northern Avenue, a location on the city's waterfront. The Boston Police Department responded to the scene, and it was later determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner that his death was a homicide.
