Brandon Lotrell Samuel, a 36-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 25, 2021, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Born on July 21, 1985, at Earl K Long Hospital in Baton Rouge, Brandon was known for his friendly and humorous nature. His life was cut short due to the violent streets of Baton Rouge.
