Kamar Robert Woods, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 29, 2022, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred at the Foxborough Apartments on Pines Road, where Woods was found shot in the chest while sitting in a parked car. His death marked the 15th homicide in Caddo Parish for the year 2022.
