On April 12, 2009, 18-year-old Mario Oviedo was shot and killed at an after-hours party in Roxbury, Boston. The shooting occurred around 2:30 a.m. at 151 Homestead Street, where police found Oviedo suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital, but unfortunately, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
