Death by Force

Kendol Payne, a 31-year-old male from Opelousas, Louisiana, was found dead on May 30, 2022, in the 1200 block of Ina Clare Drive. First responders discovered Payne with multiple gunshot wounds just before 1 a.m. on that Monday morning. The Opelousas Police Department immediately launched an investigation into the homicide, interviewing individuals who might have had information related to the shooting.
